About BBB

Built in Doha.
Because the tools we kept buying weren't built for here.

Every SaaS that lands on a Khaleeji desk was designed in San Francisco for a market that doesn't exist on this side of the world. BBB is what happens when one of those buyers stops asking for translations and builds the thing he actually needed.

Founder note

We didn't set out to build a $20K SaaS website. We set out to fix our own work.

I run a business in the GCC. Like every founder here, I spent five years patching together tools that didn't quite fit. Notion in English. Customer messages in Arabic. Quickbooks pretending QAR was USD. Outsourced legal that took two weeks to review an NDA.

Around the time the foundation models got good enough, I started wondering — could the same engine that drafts emails for me draft contracts? Could it triage a complaint in Khaleeji? Could it actually understand PDPL?

Turns out: yes. But not by stitching twenty AI tools together. Only by building the operating system underneath. So I built BlackBit Brain — the thing I wanted to buy and couldn't.

It runs my own business now. Departments, agents, workflows, voice. Customer Care answers tweets. Brand drafts content. Legal redlines contracts. Finance closes the books. The whole back office, AI-native, in the languages I actually use.

If you've felt the same friction, we should talk.

“The fastest way to build a product is to be your own first customer — and stay your own first customer for as long as it takes to make the product good enough to sell to anyone else.”

What we believe

Five things, said once.

The ground we stand on. None of it is original; all of it is load-bearing for what BBB is.

  • 01

The GCC deserves software designed for it.

Not Bay Area software with an Arabic toggle. Software where Khaleeji is the first-class register, where PDPL is the regulatory default, where data sovereignty is structural rather than marketing.

  • 02

An AI organization is more useful than another AI tool.

Tools wait for you. Organizations work in parallel. Customers don't tweet at your business, wait politely while you adopt three new products, then re-tweet. They want resolution. So we built an organization, not another inbox.

  • 03

    Multi-tenant isolation is non-negotiable.

From day one, every table in BBB has row-level security. Every OAuth token is encrypted with a tenant-specific key. The same database serves every customer with provable separation. We don't ship 'soon'.

  • 04

    Self-improvement beats version-bumping.

Every agent in BBB runs daily drills, dual-graded, scored 0–10. They tier up at three consecutive 9+ scores; tier down at two consecutive ≤4. The fleet calibrates itself instead of waiting for us to ship a new release.

  • 05

Pragmatic-not-hype is a brand pillar, not a tagline.

We have fifteen departments, so we say fifteen. We have sixty-seven agents, so we say sixty-seven. Numbers we publish are numbers you can verify the moment you sign in.
